What is BPS?
Barcelona Padel Society (BPS) is an organization driven by padel and sports event professionals, offering unique experiences for teams and players from around the world. Based in Barcelona, one of the international capitals of padel, we offer teams and players the opportunity to travel, train, and compete in a high-performance environment, while discovering new training methodologies through experienced, high-level coaches.

Agus Garcia
With over 10 years of experience in the padel industry, he combines his background as an international player, FIP-ranked athlete, high-performance coach, and club manager. Developed within the elite environment of NOX Academy, he brings a complete vision of the sport, combining high-performance training, club operations, player development, and international padel experiences.
Pablo Morán
With over 5 years of experience in the sports industry, he has been designing brand events and sports experiences for federations, clubs, and international sports organizations.
Cristina Margalef
With a strong vocation for education and experience in schools across Barcelona, she has coordinated student trips and camps, creating meaningful opportunities for learning, personal growth, and cultural exchange.
Cristina Mayench
Architect and digital community manager with experience in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
Saúl Sanz
With over 10 years of experience in the sports industry, he has coordinated international events and sports experiences for clubs, federations, and teams from around the world.
